        Very bad communication & over charges, rogue factors seems like I will have to go to court over unfair penalties applied and they misused my dd mandate on many occasions to take large amounts without my authorisation!

        TERRIBLE COMPANY I have a leak from my ceiling that was reported over four weeks ago, they sent someone to clean the gutters which didn't solve the problem. Every week I call to chase on them and every time they ask as if I have never reported the problem. They put you on hold and then the line always gets cut and they never call back.
