DO NOT USE THIS letting agents This company used to be called connect property management ltd You can find their old business on google still and read the awful reviews there too! We were tenants with this farce of a company up to today!! When we actually had a joiner contact us at our home because the owner wanted to get in touch! ( turns out this company has gone under, and still taking rent money!) STAY AWAY! They did not issue the owner with our details, or us with theirs. Very shifty company, have been battling for over two years for repairs. Thankfully the landlord is kicking them to the kerb!!!!!

Not organized at all for repairs, we felt like left on our own when something broke.

Cancelled our flat viewing three times with no information. Once we went to the viewing, the made us file out 12 pages of paperwork in a short period of time. Some of the information was incredibly difficult to obtain in the constrained time period. Once we sent in our application, we never heard back about our status, despite calling twice about our application. Once I was told I was being put on hold, and the women that worked there just hung up on me. Two months later, their property is still on the market. I'm glad that we did not end up renting through them, considering the amount of time we wasted just trying to rent a property.
