I was recommended No Letting Go by an Estate Agent. John was my Inventory handler, as this was my first time I was managing my the let of my own property I was apprehensive and wasn't sure what to expect. John called explained the process and guided me all the way through. I was really impressed by the level of detail and professionalism, so much so I have earmarked No Letting Go to do my first inspections in 3 months time as well.

I have used No Letting Go for a number of years and have always been happy with their service. However, since John took over I have been even happier with the level of service and professionalism within the organisation. All team members work well and provide a high level of service.
