Been my factors since moving in early 2021, in August I had major water ingress and damage to my property and Shoaib and his team were immense in organising the roofing fix and the scaffolding required to make it happen. Their pricing is cheap in the current market and I dont think Ive ever had to wait more than an hour or so for a call back. Can highly recommend this company for your building factoring needs.

Shoaib and his team are probably the best factors in Glasgow, attentive, contactable, knowledgeable, and they explain every decision every time. Unlike our previous factors who put on mysterious fees here and there with no explanation, all costs, facts and figures are up front and quotes are sought for anything of significance.

Shoaib took over as our factor in January 2020. In spite of the pandemic breaking out he got a hole in our roof fixed within weeks and lead flashing replaced (outstanding issues for years from our previous factors). In 2022 we had a burst pipe and he sorted insurance and the work for us much quicker than we could have done it ourselves. This was especially important for us to get done before our baby, due a few weeks after the leak appeared! He's always transparent, fair and efficient plus a good bit cheaper than any other factor we've had.

Shoaib keeps on top of things. And if I draw a problem to his attention he will deal with it. These older Glasgow buildings require constant maintenance and Mr Shafaatulla does not overcharge. There was a recent water pipe leak in this building which caused a lot of damage and our building insurance was taken out through the factor. Although a stressful experience things were dealt with quickly and efficiently with the factors tradesmen. I personally, can recommend him highly.
