Great company to rent from, I've had my share of dealing with awful agencies in Glasgow. These guys are a breath of fresh air, very professional. Even their process for viewings during lockdown was great. Do extra steps other agencies probably wouldn't even think about. Didn't change their tone when I told them i had to move out either, actually gave helpful advice on my next move! Thanks Rory for all your help!

I am deeply disappointed at the sheer lack of professionalism and ignorance of Anne from Orro Property. I arranged a meeting with her on Wednesday 30th September for Thursday October 1st @ 13:10 to view a property flat 2, 11 Cathkin Road in Glasgow only to find the meeting was cancelled. A follow up e-mail was sent that evening that went to my spam folder to confirm no one visiting the property displayed signs of Covid. However the second e-mail I received was to tell me my meeting was cancelled as I did not confirm. I especially took time off work earlier for this appointment. I phoned and explained this to Anne late morning for her to say I don't have the keys for that property and I would have to make a special trip and that the appointment was cancelled even although I told her no one visiting has Covid symptoms. She did not even try to make an effort to understand. I am shocked and disgusted that a person can behave like this. Her tone and tempo was unfriendly and borderline belligerent and ignorant on the phone and she never even bothered giving a heads up that the follow up email is time sensitive and the appointment could be cancelled if not responded to on time. Do not use this company. Thankfully everyone else I have dealt with during my search has been great.
