Cadder property seem to be run by a bunch of cowboys. They manage a property in the same building as my flat. There was a leak that may have originated from my flat I to theirs, this is obviously not ideal. However instead of approaching me directly as the landlord, they gained access to my property without my knowledge and the threatened my tenants saying that they would have to pay for any damages caused. This is unacceptable. Furthermore, when I informed them that in situations like this, it's up to each party to claim the building's factors insurance to cover the cost of any damage caused I was given until 5pm the next day to accept a proposal which their contractor drafted which included the cost of repairing damages done to their property or they would 'escalate' matters. Very unproffessional. As a landlord, I am only liable for damage to my own property, there is insurance which we pay for via factors fees in place to cover any damage to her property. This was explained several times but to no avail. It seems from reading other reviews that they do not clearly understand the mechanisms in place for properly managing a property. Engage this firm at your own risk and should you decide to have them manage your property, avoid Joanne at all costs, very unpleasant to deal with.

Our flat didn't have the HMO that it was advertised to have. We were forced to leave halfway through our university year. I would advise you not to risk renting from this letting agent
