Cityscape Property

I was a Cityscape tenant for a year and I can only highly recommend them! I appreciated the cleanliness of the property when I moved in, and attention to any need for repairs or checks during my tenancy. The check-out was absolutely smooth, as well as the return of deposit. Ian is professional, approachable, flexible, and very responsive and prompt in communication, which I particularly valued. He offered a personalised approach and built a trust relationship - I felt he genuinely cares for the comfort and wellbeing of tenants. Having rented from other agencies, I know this is rare. As a recent tenant, I found Cityscape Property to be a very professional and reliable property agent. I enjoyed living in beautiful rental accommodation for just over a year. The property was immaculate for me moving in and handing it back was straightforward. On the few occasions when an issue did arise, Cityscape Property was very responsive, communicated well and resolved matters quickly. I would highly recommend.

Ian is one of the best letting agent. If there are any questions or issues with the property, Ian responded quickly. Even if he cannot resolve immediately, he would have provided a suggestion or workaround temporary. Excellent services to date.

It was a breath of fresh air to finally have a property management team who actually cares about their tenants and builds a relationship with them. Ian and the team at CS property were so quick to fix any issues, easy to communicate with and always made sure we had everything we needed in the house. They are professional, accomodating and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all you did for us in Scotland :)

I used Cityscape to rent my flat in Glasgow for a few years and then finally sold the flat through them as well in 2021. Despite a few bumps along the way, Ian went above and beyond to make the process as clear and easy as possible - always there for questions, advice or to lend a hand whenever needed, I honestly could not recommend them more!
