        Appalling agents. They have kept my holding deposit funds in my rent account and when I asked for it back they just ignored me. Nothing short of theft. In addition, they cant even carry out basic repairs between tenants and find it acceptable to hand over a property with filthy walls and years of grease and grime built up in the kitchen. Avoid them if you value your sanity at all, no matter how desperate you are for a place. EDIT: Edzell now stated theyre unwilling to help me trace the missing 450 that they owe me back unless I remove my review. That says a lot about their integrity. I guess they need that 450 more than me.

        Had booked a viewing with them and was asked to confirm over the phone and every time I tried phoning the agency the line was dead or went to an automated voice message I traveled from a different city to see this flat and there was no one there didnt even try to contact me or anything, worse letting agency in the whole of Scotland and Ive been with DJ Alexander

        I dont know why theres so many negative reviews. Ive had quite a decent experience so far. Apart from my fridge not working but as soon as I said that I got a new fridge almost straight away. Edzell have been really good so far
