(AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!) Absolutely disgraceful company, dont want to give it any stars at all. I previously lived in a flat that LPM managed and cant believe they still have contracts and are not out of business as they will bill you for other people's debts and threaten to take you to court to retrieve moneys. Also the customer service team are very unprofessional and have bad attitudes on the phone. For the work they do to maintain your property they are ridiculously expensive.. Cant believe they are getting away with it.!!!!!!

Well not off to a good start.. I called first thing this morning at 9:03am when the phone was finally answered was put on hold then while I was waiting I got cut off.. so I called back and everytime I did I was cut off complete and utter joke of a place.. I dont feel these people answering the calls are trained on how to do so..

If I could have gave 0 stars I would have & reading the rest of the reviews I can see we are not the only ones with a problem with the service and costs from LMP. Myself along with a few other residents have e-mailed and called regarding the cleaning and upkeep of our block isn't to the expected standards, the cleaners dont come as often as they should and with inadequate cleaning equipment, Ive called & emailed but we have had no reply. There is also 3 large tubs of flammable liquid sitting at the electrical cupboard for 4 months now, yet on Jason's report he claims this area is clear of any obstructions. We get continually charged for things we shouldn't and the prices are rising every time a bill comes in. DO NOT PICK THIS COMPANY AS YOUR FACTOR!! THE DIRECTOR CANT ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS OR DEAL WITH COMPLAINTS BUT EXPECTS RESIDENTS TO PAY FOR CLEANING/REPAIRS THAT NEVER HAPPEN.
