I previously lived in a flat that LPM managed and cant believe they still have contracts and are not out of business as they will bill you for other people's debts and threaten to take you to court to retrieve moneys. Also the customer service team are very unprofessional and have bad attitudes on the phone. For the work they do to maintain your property they are ridiculously expensive.. Cant believe they are getting away with it.!!!!!!

There is also 3 large tubs of flammable liquid sitting at the electrical cupboard for 4 months now, yet on Jason's report he claims this area is clear of any obstructions.
We get continually charged for things we shouldn't and the prices are rising every time a bill comes in.
DO NOT PICK THIS COMPANY AS YOUR FACTOR!! THE DIRECTOR CANT ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS OR DEAL WITH COMPLAINTS BUT EXPECTS RESIDENTS TO PAY FOR CLEANING/REPAIRS THAT NEVER HAPPEN.
