Simply Outstanding service, I was struggling to resolve the water leak in my property from the flat above, to the point it was affecting me psychologically I even suffered racism, I was really distraught, but Chris shearan and Danielle, they were very committed in resolving the repair issues, Chris was not only professional he acted with fairness and justice towards all parties involved, cant thank Chris enough!, really professional,helpful,and friendly person they continue to assist and support in the matter, I highly recommend these people over other building factors.

My ceiling collapsed due to water ingress from the flat above. Aisling dealt with my issue with empathy and professionalism. Could not ask for a better service

Compared with other such as Spiers Gumley and Hacking&Patterson, this factor is very good

Do not live up to claims made on their website. In my experience, charges are made for services that have not been supplied. Refunds are not made as promised. Emails go unanswered. Administration is shambolic, resulting in having to spend time clearing things up. Very poor.
