As a new build we inherited a factor. Eventually after years of intolerable factoring we called a meeting of owners and invited Taylor and Martin to factor our development. Its only six months or so since Craig our newly appointed factor took up the position of property manager. In that short period of time the service he has provided can only be described as second to none. He is approachable, dependable, efficient and very professional. We couldn't review the service provided by Taylor & Martin without mentioning the service provided by Luciano and his team in accounts. Unlike our old factor where every month there was always some descrepancy our bills at Taylor & Martin very rarely need attention. When questioned any errors are quickly resolved. In 2019 we were promised a bespoke service by the Director Michael Martin and that's what we got. Our thanks to Michael and his team for making communal living enjoyable.

Taylor and Martin have been consistently reliable, responsive, proactive and speedy in dealing with any issues we have raised. They pay attention to every detail and are thorough in their communications. We've had other factors who talked big, failed to deliver and charged a lot; Taylor and Martin have been the complete opposite. Highly recommended.
