It honestly baffles me how this company is allowed to be a factors. Since moving into our property over 2 years ago Ive never had the same bill. RMG put this down to an overly complex billing system which has now been rectified. I wait with baited breath. Everything I phone RMG I get told no one is able to look into it other than a mythical 'billing team' who's existence I question. Promised call backs are as idle a promise as a working Tory government. Completely useless at everything they do. If you move into a house in an estate managed by RMG then good luck....

Bunch of scammers if you ask me. Billing for whatever they like, whenever they like and demanding immediate payment by threatening with debt collector in the letters. No way to avoid nor dispute either. Disgrace.

Would give zero if I could. Charge a fortune for a service they dont provide. Absolutely no interest in customer service either. Basically collect money to pay their managers salaries. Despicable.
