Property One have become a key provider of commercial cleaning, property maintenance and refurbishment services at a number of properties I manage. Communication is excellent at all levels of the business and I rarely have to chase them for information which is priceless. Cleaning is to a high standard, professionally managed and routine audits provide peace of mind. Reactive property maintenance across all trades is always prompt and when tasked with a refurbishment or construction project they always have a can do attitude and bags of knowledge which they back up with their results. I am Manager for student accommodation and Property One are my go to maintenance company for reactive and proactive services. No job is too big or small. Communication is smooth quick and efficient. Tradesmen are always polite, presentable and very helpful and turn up on time. Property One have on more than several occasions when I have had a short notice request or emergency assisted to help resolve issues. I cannot recommend them highly enough and often pass on their details to colleagues, family and friends. They are competitively priced and don't rip you off.

I use Property One regularly for both pre planned maintenance & reactive maintenance. Fantastic service, excellent communication & the staff are all experienced tradesmen & very professional. With 5 large sites in Glasgow to look after, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Great Company & reasonable prices!
