The coordinator for my brother has shown no duty of care. They are horrible people. They try to shift the blame on to you or the person they are called to help. Because they are so short staffed they are brutal on who they choose to have this service.

Please speak to your carers who park not 1 but 2 vehicles here all day, and even overnight. We find this very inconsiderate as some of our residents in Lincoln Avenue are disabled and have to find a space further up. I know we all pay road tax but to be carers that's not a very caring thing to do. This has been reported to Glasgow Council.
