        The school headteacher and deputy headteacher doesn't listen to my views as parents and they don't meet for wap reviews at least once a year. The school educational psychologist doesn't do any cognitive testing just observation. I paid to go private through dyslexia Scotland but the school management doesn't it take into account since my son doesn't have the right support at this school.

        I have Children currently in Year 6 and P2 at this school. Both of my Children love school and have been extremely happy here. The new Headteacher, Ms Mckay , has done a fantastic job since joining the school months ago, her teaching staff are highly motivated and engaging and all staff know every child by name. The children here at "St. STEPHEN'S PRIMARY SCHOOL" live and breath core values of Respect, Resilience, Perseverance, Achievement and Teamwork and it underpins everything about their school life, my Children even refer to it at home! My Son attend many of the extra curricular clubs such as Darma , Basketball and My Daughter is going to Peek Club (After school Activities for P1 and P2 Children). My Son is Active Member of Eco Club committee.The wrap-around care offered by Breakfast and after school club is a god-send as well. I highly recommend this school where everyone knows everyone, teaching staff are approachable and under amazing new Headteacher, the school goes from strength to strength. I will be extremely sad when my Son will finish the next academic year and leave the school.
