        The staff combine friendly chat, with accurate efficiency. I had a lot of packages to send, and was asked about their contents, in a casual way. While chatting, the woman was preparing the labels and entering the information into the system speedily. She set aside certain things that required handling differently. Nice to see that they care about your deliveries. She went on to explain their collection times and likely delivery dates, even though I hadnt enquired. Outstanding!! Really good staff doing a great job at a busy City location. And they open half an hour before most Post offices. 10/10

        The very first time I got my parcel lost. I deposited hundreds of parcels at post office dont know if its STRIKE that caused my parcel lost or its the negligence of the staff that made it DISAPPEAR as I saw my track of parcels saying it is only received at the post office but is never dispatched away to my senders address. Such a shame and disappointment
