Went to the sorting office after getting a note with no redirection options on it. Place is only open 0800-1000 weekdays. Gave staff the note with my address on it, and confirmed postcode verbally. Got package. Only after getting home did i see that it was the wrong one, addressed to someone else entirely. Would have written a letter of complaint, but not confident it would ever arrive.

New hours mean it's practically impossible to pick up mail if you work Monday to Saturday and have no-one else able to collect as they also work during these hours.

Open 2 hours a day ... it's a joke. The postman, who left me an advice note, did not inform me that he was open only from 8-10

No info about opening hours during pandemic, came and left with nothing, as a key worker I need my contact lenses and I can't get them, my working hours doesn't allow me to come to get them either, absolutely useless. I always order them from one company that send them in a parcel that comes through the post and this time postman didn't put it through the doors for a reason only he knows, not even leaving a "sorry we missed you" card at the door which makes me think noone has came at first place
