ALM Plumbing Heating & Drainage

Anyone who needs plumbing doing, steer well clear of ALM plumbing! They tried to sell me several parts for my boiler that it didn't need, tell me my boiler was dangerous when it isn't, quoted me over 1k too much for buying and fitting a new boiler, and when I raised issues with it and said I was going to report them, the man I spoke to tried to use intimidation tactics on me. Would not touch company again with a bargepole.

I called ALM plumbing because I had sewer gas escaping from a drain in my bathroom. I had a new trap fitted to try and resolve this. When I got home I discovered that my drawer would no longer fit inside the bathroom unit because he hadn't bothered to get the correct size parts for the job. When I questioned this I was told to get a saw and cut my drawer instead of him coming back out and doing a proper job that had already been paid for. He said over a month ago he would come back and fix the job and is now not responding to messages. On top of that I still have gas coming up through the plug hole. I have now had to pay another plumber to come and fix the poor job that was carried out by ALM plumbing.

Had trouble getting a reliable plumber to fix my shower. Called ALM and he came out next day to give a free quote for job. Diagnosed the issue swiftly and saved me money by directing me to website to get the parts needed. Was very responsive to all my questions, phone calls and texts. Very professional, competent and a the best tradesman I've ever had do work for me. And above all, the cost very reasonable and was way under other quotes I had. I'll be using AML for all my plumbing needs in the future and recommending him to anyone that asks. Service: Shower repair
