Really disappointing experience with Energy Pig! I require to replace my full heating system boiler, pipe work and 16 radiators. The company attended the house and surveyed and informed me that I would receive a quote soon. Dispite almost 5 weeks passing and calling their office on 4 occasions I still await a quote. I do not understand why a company would spend time and money attending to view a project and not quote or even have the decency to return your calls to say that the job was to difficult for them. Very poor customer service received by myself. Follow up after the reply - I don't think calling a 5th time would benefit me. Thanks

Zero communication and terrible customer service. Had surveyor out start of January, said I would have quote back within a week, that was 2 months ago now. I've phoned every week to be told the same thing 'they don't know why there's a hold up'. Same excuse every time, yet nothing comes of it and no urgency to resolve. If they can't even deliver a quote.... Absolute waste of my time!

Energy pig arranged for someone to attend the property to survey the house for the relevant work. He arrived on time to the job after giving me a call to say he was on the way. I asked for a survey for internal wall and also underfloor insulation. He was able to quickly determine that there was adequate internal insulation already (which was missed on the EPC) and that we did not have the space needed for underfloor. I then asked him to check the attic as well which he was happy to do. In the end advised that we did not need anything at present. Really honest and excellent service!
