I would highly recommend Graeme. We have a mystery leak in our basement. Initially we thought it was a blocked drain. Graeme has cleared all the drains and although this was not the problem Graeme has gone above and beyond helping us to track the source. Graeme is very knowledgeable, nothing too much trouble and a pleasure to deal with.

Not quite sure how to convey how fantastic Graeme is in words! We had a mystery leak in one of the flats within our tenement block which evaded two separate leak detection specialists. Graeme not only managed to source & solve the issue promptly, but he went above and beyond in terms of coming out late, at short notice and dealing with landlords etc. He was efficient, reassuring, knowledgeable and just generally lovely to deal with. Will be recommending to anyone with a plumbing/drain issue :)

I had a persistent unpleasant smell in my bathroom for which several attempts by other tradesmen to trace and fix it had failed but Graeme tracked down the problem and sorted it out in an hour or two. Lovely guy I cant praise or thank him enough!
