        I used Quality Safe to replace my heating system when moved into my new house. James is friendly, hardworking and did a great job. Ive since used James again when needed my toilet fixed and had a leak under my bath. He is very reliable and sorted the leak the same day I contacted him. Im having a new bathroom fitted and will definitely use Quality Safe to carry out the work.

He has done a few jobs for me at different properties, and on every occasion has kept me informed every step of the way, sending a text before arrival and then identifying the problem and dealing with it in a thoroughly professional way.
