We paid 147 for a call out for a leak from our heating system. I had already emptied the system and estimated the location of the leak. Very pleasant young guy came out wearing a tie (strange for a manual job) and he didnt have any parts to fix the leak, I pointed to where I thought the leak was, which he located. He had to make various phone calls and came back with a line of our job is to secure this for you, which you have already done. He took some photos and left, leaving us without heating or hot water. Received a quote 2 days later of 377 to fix the leak taking the total of this work to 524. We subsequently got it fixed elsewhere and the boiler serviced by a great plumber for 160. I emailed the company after this and they stated that they stood by their quote and decision not to fix anything. Id avoid where possible! Service: Plumbing leak detection
