        Absolute disgrace of place, have used before, with good service, but tried calling today to book a repair, and rep hung phone up on me because I was't fast talking enough, ie I wasn't sure whether he wanted me to say the nature of the problem or to give him my address, which I politely asked him, so he hung on me. (he was obviously angry that when he asked my name I only gave him my first name) Assumed it was a misunderstanding, called back and immediately apologised for any any misunderstanding but I needed a plumber, the guy just hung up again. Very arrogant people. Note : I did not swear, use foul language, or any rudeness, despite their claims, (I couldn't reply to their response) and this being a private business, they are free refuse my business. As I am free to take my business elsewhere.
