I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the entire Dr Darren McKeown team - and, of course, especially to Dr Russell Bramhall. As a relative newby to aesthetic interventions of any type, taking the step to go for upper eyelid surgery was huge for me. I was approaching a significant birthday when I made the decision, and felt that my hooded eyelids really made me look older than my years. I am so fortunate that I chose your clinic and I feel that the friendly down-to-earth approach combined with a wonderful confidence and professionalism helped guide me through from my initial consultation to post-surgery. I interacted with a good number of the team both over the phone and in person and found every member of the team to be very client-centred.
