Ordered a large sheet of Perspex from Glasgow office. Requested polished edges for as table top. Delivered with rough edges and many scratches to surface. Tried to contact company on many occasions - no response! Eventually got email address and asked to send photographs - no response. Even visited site where the operated from - no answer at door. Shoddy company - avoid!

After not receiving my order due to DX courier issues, customer service did their utmost to solve the problem, including sending more glass out in good faith, I have now received a complete refund, thank you.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I have NEVER left a bad review in my lifetime (only 36 ) but after several emails were sent showing the damaged single acrylic sheet I got no reply. So I then phoned them up and managed to get an email for who I needed to speak to. By the time this played out I was then contacted by Richel (Key Account Executive) who said that I am not eligible for a replacement as it is over the 7 days return/replace policy. So after various back & forth with me saying I was willing to forget the poor overall service if they send out a replacement (20.64 was the total fee), to which they declined and offered 25% off my next order!! NO CHANCE!! If the next one arrives Im then 40+ out of pocket. Not a lot of money, granted, but very annoying when having a customer of my own waiting for me to fix their frame. Luckily my customer service is far superior to RuudraScotts (not difficult) and my customer is happy to wait for me to source a replacement from another company. Dont make the same mistake I made, read the reviews first as they looked professional on the website but clearly lacking in their customer relations department. Just noticed too, the name actually gives a bit of it away, Ruder Scots (Im Scottish before anyone pipes up)!!! AVOID!!!!!!
