I went to this place on a Saturday night, so I knew it was going to be busy. We had a booking and were met with a friendly server. They showed us to the table and gave us some menus. We were then asked for a drinks over 20 minutes after arriving, and then we ordered food at the same time. From getting our drinks, to the pizzas coming, it took an hour and a half, by which the tables next to us had finished and were getting desserts or the bill. We said something when we eventually noticed the time, as we were enjoying the evening with our drinks. It had been an hour at that point and they apologised and said they would try and find out what was going on. They realised their error of the food ticket not being given to the kitchen, and then we proceeded to wait another half an hour. I can see that this was the mistake of the server who didnt take the food order ticket to the kitchen, having worked in hospitality. Its a shame because the food is lovely, but the waiting staff arent very proactive or friendly at times.
