I recently attended physio after a car accident with back and shoulder pain my physio was chris he made a complete difference to the pains that i had he gave me excersises to help with the pain worked perfect very helpfull guy answered all my questions even helped me with my stomach muscle that was weak after a opperation so once again thank you chris for all you done for me highly recomended .Alex McDougall

Fantastic service I had trapped a nerve in my neck and booked physiotherapy with Chris. After the first session I felt so much better. There was an initial assessment followed by some manipulation. The exercises he gave me were easy to follow and when I came back a few weeks later a was free of the pain. The set up is friendly and welcoming. I will certainly use the service again and I recommend them to all.

Fantastic place ,physio focused has been amazing in my complete quad rupture rehab ,had physio for a year with not much change , one session in with them and my leg has greatly improved 2 sessions in and i can slowly even jog now . looking forward to more sessions.

I attended Physio Focused with a sore wrist and elbow, they were able to quickly diagnose my problem and provided and excellent service in terms of treatment, after 3 visits my pain was completely gone. They are highly professional and knowledgeable with friendly staff who put you at ease. Would highly recommend

Helped me those a reoccurring herniated disc. Improved my mobility and stopped reliance on painkillers. Very professional.
