Can HIGHLY recommend west end physio. It took only 2 sessions with the awesome Claire to significantly improve my understanding and experience of hip/back pain. This was after 1 year of seeing a different, but well regarded, physio who ultimately didnt help.

We would highly recommend Shona, Claire and the team at West End physio. In our gym we work with everyday to professional athletes and everyone in between. We looked for a long time for a physio that we could trust, someone who understands the value of strength training and is passionate about helping people stay active and overcome injuries and pain. We are SO grateful to have found the team at West End physio who have supported our clients for years now, helping them to navigate physical barriers and challenges, supporting them to understand pain and how to overcome the fear associated with it and allowing them to continue to do what they love! Another fantastic session with Claire at West End Physio. Was in a rut with leg pain and stiff hips. Claire patiently guided me to a realistic and manageable solution. Left feeling upbeat, motivated and raring to start my new regime.

Had my first appointment at West End Physio and a complete assessment by Shona Houston. It was thorough, reassuring and identified a way forward with support from my own GP, who commented on the detail in Shona's report. I would highly recommend West End Physio.
