I would avoid this company at all costs. We're on a 5 year contract for 4 printers and whilst their cost per print is competeitive they don't take care of their customers. We've had numerous delays in service such as toner not arriving on time and faults not being resolved quickly. Recently we had to pay to replenish the staples in our printer as 'they are not a consumbale'. We pay this company 1000-2000 per month and they won't even replace the staples as part of the contract. We have been left with a faulty printer for over a month because 'they've tried to order the parts from the supplier but the supplier was causing the delay'. The owner of the company is rude and all of the staff who answer the phone are extremely unhelpful. Do yourself the favour and pick another supplier, even if it costs you more money.
