        Ordered prescription, made multiple unanswered phone calls, went to pharmacy to be told that systems were down and they don't have my prescription. Stick to Boots.

        I booked a flu vaccination for my partner and I. It was our first time getting a paid vaccination and we're so glad we chose this pharmacy. We forgot to ask for her name, but the Pharmacist who served us was so kind, friendly, welcoming, it was a lovely surprise on a dreary morning! (The pharmacist had red hair and wore a green shirt ha!). It makes a huge difference for me when the staff are friendly at a pharmacy. After today, we will definitely return to this pharmacy in the future.
