        Shambles of a place now, apart from the doctors its full of in compassionate people that have no interest in your welfare. Constantly lie about phone lines being busy when they are sitting doing nothing. All this change is since covid and Im pretty sure all doctors surgeries are the same, they are carrying out orders from the government to put people off from needing medical care to save money. Only a matter of time till some old person who doesnt want to dial 999 dies because they cant get through on the phone.

        Went into pharmacy at 5.55pm to collect my prescription. It was closed. Though I could easily hear all the staff speak with one another behind the shutter. I even asked the security guard the time and he confirmed it was 5.57 pm. Then at 6 pm on the button a the staff left the pharmacy. Dont state open till 6pm if you are closed.
