Lloyds Pharmacy Clinical Home Care

A great service and point of support for us folk who get regular treatment delivered from whatever hospital is treating us direct to our door. I am Claire and I have MS. I am on regular weekly injections which are self administered. These injections are Beta 1A Interferon, whih is a disease modifying treatment for my particular type of Multiple Sclerosis. I have been on this treatment for 17 years and Lloyds Clinical Homecare have been delivering it to me since they took over from Bupa Home Healthcare some years ago. The problem I had with Lloyds was that I hadn't had a phonecall from them regarding my delivery and I was down to my last injection! So I went onto their website and found a number for them.i spoke to a nice lady, who couldn't tell me why I had dropped off the list. In two minutes she had found my prescription from my Consultant and had slotted me into a time spot and delivery day. Just like that. Brilliant help. Thank you Lloyds Clinical Homecare team! You just saved my life!

Horrible service , they forgot to bring me my stock and it's not the first time . Don't answer my emails , disgusting service , they should loose their contract with nhs . Useless no sense waste of time . Not in touch with the job they do . Disgusting!!!

In the process of changing medications, have stopped the one I was on and was due my new medication from Lloyds Clinical home care last week. They cancelled the delivery slot as medication had been made without the loading dose, they couldn't deliver the following week as 'they weren't in the area' and due to my work commitments I couldn't take time off the start of next week to be at home for the delivery (it needs signed for an refrigerated straight away). They wouldn't deliver at night or over the weekend or give me a timeslot, even an AM or PM one would have helped or deliver to a local Lloyds branch for me to collect. I've now had to go 3 weeks longer than I should without any medication for my condition which is now getting worse by the day. Awful, awful service.
