        I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years. The last two times I have tried to collect my prescription, having ordered it at least 10 days prior. It hasnt been available for collection. This pharmacy has went downhill rapidly since Dickson took over. The customer service and incompetence at this pharmacy is shocking!

        Used to love this chemist which I have used for the last 24yrs Recently my view has changed due to the last 2 experiences Was told my prescription would be ready 48hrs after ordering only to be told to come back a couple hrs later which wasn't a problem After a couple of hrs and a wasted journey which I could've done without was told it would be Monday before I could collect it Apparently it takes 48hrs after they have received it which I have never been aware of So that's 96hrs all in I do understand the staff are under pressure and staff shortages but feel very let down Time to change my pharmacy Very unhappy
