Purchased 2 flowflex test kits, I was positive for covid so i went onto NHS to register it. NHS do not accept these as the results are not accurate. I asked for my refund and the argument was 'well these are private and not to be registered with NHS'. After explaining that not only are they selling a product thats so bad the NHS advises not to use, they are likely providing incorrect results to their customers. They refunded me for the unopened test.... Likely now sold to someone else being given potential incorrect test results. If you are going to sell such an inferior product you should have the decency to tell your customers NHS does not approve before they purchase.

My own chemist had messed up an urgent prescription and offered no support or help. Went here and the lady went above and beyond customer service - didnt have my daughters tablets in stock and couldnt get any as the supplier was out of stock too. Phoned other chemists and secured me the medicine from another branch in Govan. Emergency averted and wonderful customer service. What a difference you made to me and my family. Thank you so much as without you my daughter would have been uncomfortable this weekend.

have went to this Pharmacy for years and been great, but went to pick up my prescription the other day and when I gave details of my perscription the assistant said you have a lot of medications to pick up.!! How DARE she brodcast that information to the whole shop!!!!!!!!!talking about patient privacy, none existent, very poor service
