        Staff are rude and argumentative. They clearly dont care about whatever situation you might be in. Dont waste your time or money here. Pharmacy is the worst.

        Went to collect my order. Met rude store assistant , Carole. She told that we never do delivery here. Other lady was helpful. And managed to get my delivery somehow. They don't know nature of work , services they are providing.

      • I felt so upset today because I think I came cross discrimination from a female staff in the boots in Charing Cross Glasgow. I was going to collect my prescription, and a old lady served for me. I said I would like to collect my prescription, and showed the text from online pharmacy to her. She couldnt find my parcel, and asked my order number several times. I told her that its probably because thats prescription, and she suddenly went furious. She yelled at me:I asked you whether its from boots online doctor, and you said yes! Go to that queue and wait there! , and she pointed out that queue very rudely. I re-think this experience, and probably misunderstood doctor to order. But, its no need for her to be that rude. I waited in the prescription window at the very beginning, and it was she that asked me to go other window. I also showed her text and repeated that I would like to have prescription. Its no need for her to be so angry because i didnt waste her to many time.
