Total nightmare. Dreadful customer service, they price gouge you by ignoring your NHS prescription until you run out of medication and then tell you it's "out of stock", it is however "in stock" if you pay privately on their web site at TEN TIMES the cost of an NHS prescription. I've reported this company to the General Pharmaceutical Council hopefully they'll prevent them from treating NHS tax payers like this.

Worst on-line shopping experience every! Ordered 2 items on 18th December and paid for next day delivery. Eventually received a delivery on 29th December (they did refund part of the delivery charge). I had ordered 2 x 500ml bottles, they sent 2 x 100ml tubes (which they don't even sell (no mention of a substitute or partial refund). I contacted them next day 30th. They asked for photographs of the items received. The customer service advisor apologised and said that the correct items would be sent out. Here we are at 10th January and 9 email chasers later. Having previously been told the correct items were being sent I am told today that I must firstly return the incorrect item received (bearing in mind this is a small tube of cream worth under 2 with no hygiene seal so will have to be binned), the postage will cost more! Then a refund will be processed, then I can place a new order. Once they receive my new order they will source the product as they don't have any. If this hadn't happened to me, I wouldn't believe that a company could provide such shocking service! Needless to say they can have their product back and I will be purchasing elsewhere!

Terrible customer service and communication. My last prescription was very late and they blamed my gp. I called my gp and they havent even received the request! I am now having issues just logging in and yet again NO communication back from them. AVOID!

Sends drugs in boxes that do not fit through letterbox. They have ignored 4 emails and a phone call regarding cancelling my wife's account so she is unable to re order drugs. All we need is confirmation.
