        The reception is very rude and unprofessional. They don't even look at windows who's waiting in front if them for their rude service. When I went to visit them, had to wake up the receptionist from whatever show on screen she was enjoying herself. I can say that cause she was just watching and doing nothing like we do when we watch a movie. Then it was very clear she was so upset and started every word screaming at me. That's why I asked twice to be sure and she became more aggressive then the first reply. I was sure she was being rude and she also made it clear, These two should be sitting in a casino house to rob drunk people and the people with nice professional manner are waiting for such jobs in NHS

        OMG it's that bad I'm actually struggling to explain, I.e. a certain doctor or something else ,3 TIME'S in 8 yr ive got to see him, when I was going through DV not once when I was in waiting room did he even pretend he cared about, bruises, etc, I don't know what I have done to this doc for him to hate me and talks 2 me as if I'm just a waste of time......
