If your so busy people are having to wait then maybe you should get some more staff in!!! To go back and then be told u dont have it and it would be in tomorrow but your closed!!! Thank you for leaving with out my mental health medication for days If I top myself its on your poor service

Was asking for drops for pink eye relief. Which like lady I'd imagine fitting behind cauldron well told me to rinse it with tap water. Thanks no thanks.

Absolutely disgusted! Used this pharmacy for years till this new woman Alison Williamson has moved in!! I have a high risk pregnancy and went through ivf! Purchased aspirin and paracetamol for the whole journey as only 1 after 1st initial prescription! Tonight was told no to both and I shouldnt be taking paracetamol as I am pregnant!! Its the only thing youre bloody allowed! Anyways now I dont have aspirin for tonight and stressed out my tree cause of her and her stinking attitude.. will never be back in and formal complaint raised!! She is a horrid little creature of a woman!! So rude!!

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Such unprofessional, hostile and filthy disgusting behaviour from the Practice Manager Alison Williamson. She lost my mother's prescription after refusing her medicine the previous day, and acted as if her name was so hard to read and pronounce in order to avoid giving her the prescription. Thankfully, my mother had kept her half of the prescription from the previous day with the date and time and name of meds. Alison Williamson proceeded to take that half, eventually give my mother her medication, and then when my mother asked for her half of the paper back Alison said she had LOST IT and refused to give it to her. She is messing with the prescriptions and medication of vulnerable people and it is not acceptable.
