I have always found the staff very helpful. Please remember the front of house staff have to deal with different types of customers all day everyday.

Zero stars for this so call pharmacy. Needed an emergency prescription. Doctors sent it at 9am in the morning on the tue. They had it. Explained it was an emergency due to loosing all my medication on a flight. So I hadn't had amy medication since the Friday before. She said it would be ready in the afternoon so I could come back. When back at 2pm & stood for 20mins while they where seriously searching the full shop to then be told it wouldn't be ready until the Wednesday???? Wot part of emergency prescription don't they understand. It was my heart medication that I need to take twice a day.

Zero star if I could. A few times now, the prescription is late. Instead of giving what's available they hold up the whole prescription. Some items cannot be missed on a daily basis, even ordering a week early it's still late. No one calls to tell you or ask the surgery to tell you. Avoid if you can. No customer care, no patience, no empathy and takes forever to serve you when you can see the all staff stands around chatting.

Horrible customer service - go to wells chemist across the road if you can. The lady in there is much nicer, more empathetic, knowledgeable and suggests alternatives if items not available. I havent been able to get the free vitamin d drops for my breast fed four month old and have tried several chemists. To be fair to this chemist, its the first time staff have explained to me that its a stock issue and not that I am just being refused the service. Still, a pretty unhelpful and cold attitude with no suggestions on other products or brands I could maybe buy online which I find negligent considering its relating to my babys health. The whole experience was extra frustrating as my GP had phoned this chemist in advance and a staff member had told them they had the vitamin d in stock so I walked a round trip of 4k to get here with a pram (not exactly the longest distance but it includes two giant hills). After failing to get the vitamin d with zero advice offered on when it would be back in stock, I asked for baby paracetamol because my daughter is getting her third round of vaccines in a few days. I was told this was fine, asked to fill out a form and go and wait for 15 mins. I agreed to wait and floated about the area. When i came back the staff member that served me and asked me to wait is nowhere to be seen and a pharmacist approaches me instead telling me she cant give me the paracetamol without the red book due to safety concerns. I have never read on any NHS minor ailment information sheet that the red book is necessary for collecting paracetamol for potential vaccine induced fevers. I dont carry the red book around with me so I was refused paracetamol based on the assumption that I am either a moron who is mindlessly plying my daughter with drugs, I am trying to intentionally harm her or just that Im lying about her getting her vaccines. Just horrible.
