        Great location, fabulous staff: helpful, dependable, compassionate, and friendly at all times, even when the pharmacy is at its busiest. Well worth waiting a few minutes. The Head Pharmacist is so kind and caring, I selfishly hope he never retires :-) A big thank you to everyone.

        Every time I get my GP send my prescription to Park road pharmacy Once I go to collect it I am told it has not been done yet and have to wait 30 minutes to get it ready..the reason GP are asked to get prescriptions sent to pharmacies save time less crowded people in pharmacies . I have been to other pharmacies and they always been ready to collect 24-48 hours after being sent to pharmacy.

        The staff are very helpful but the pharmacy needs more staff. Everytime you go in there are massive queues to the door and by the time you get to the front you are unsure if they even have what you are requiring. Have come here very all the time for my prescriptions as its local to me and it's always the same.
