Really good local pharmacy but the opening hours keep shrinking. Google will not accept the change despite attached pictures, so leaving them here. EDIT: Changed rating to 5 stars, as I've been having lots of issues with prescriptions lately and the staff (especially Rory, the pharmacist) have been absolute stars in helping out. Opening hours have shrunk again, though.

Not possible to give ZERO stars because that's what they deserve! Haven't received my prebooked medication for a week consequently running out. Rude woman on the phone gave a lame excuse about system having problems basically blamed me! No apologies, nothing! Guess it's hard to understand to people working there what is like to live with a chronic pain. They should not be working in the health care! Incompetent!

Nearest pharmacy to collect my repeat prescription. At first my GP only issue 2 weeks dose every time so the pharmacy cannot order on behalf of me as 2 weeks is too short for them to order. I was asked to contact my GP to prescribe 1 month dose per time so the pharmacy can help me to order. I did so, the first time they ordered for me no problem, but now after 2 month, I still not received my medication which should be ready for me to collect 1 month ago, medication running out. Before running out of my medication I called in, the lady said they would order my medication every 2 month( which supposed to be every month), and I said my medication nearly running out and this should be ordered every 4 weeks( one month) she insisted thats every 2 month no reason, she said she will order soon, but until now I still received any text to collect. I thought pharmacy has the repeat prescription service is super considerate, but I do think Queen Margaret dr boots not so helpful, my medication is for anxiety but now I even feel I am very afraid to contact them due to the attitude.
