        As soon as you walk into this place you feel no sense of care from the staff which is very rare in a Pharmacy you need to wait about 15-20 mins to get served while the girl at the counter just ignored me and the queue because she was too busy catching up with her pal. The staff are rude and immature who dont know what customer service is. Think Ill stick to the other pharmacies in the area from now on.

        Wouldn't rate them at all but need to give one star just to post this. Rowlands are the worst off all the pharmacy's, what's the point of having a delivery service if thr going to let an elderly dementia patient down at the weekend
