My flatmate and I took her cat down today for his first ever groom and couldnt have been happier with the experience. He is an anxious cat and was extremely nervous which made both of us a little anxious too but Cindy was amazing, so friendly and made us feel at ease to leave the wee guy with her. He wasnt the easiest to deal with due to his anxiety but I know hell be very happy with his fresh cut (once he stops being moody with us for making him go!!). Would recommend this place to anyone - so friendly and professional. Thanks Cindy for being so kind and patient and sorry Bean was a bit of a pain to deal with today!!

Without a doubt 5/5 star service. Cindy the owner of the establishment is just a lovely person, so welcoming and friendly whilst also being very professional. My ragdoll cat Jinx in to see her today, although please be aware she is that good there is a bit of a wait, but so worth it. I was worried I would have to get her sedated at the vets due to her wee matts but she has came out of Pawcasso feeling like a brand new kitten in looks and even in terms of her play movement. I honestly can't thank you enough. I travelled 40 miles round trip in taxis for this today, and it was worth every penny spent!

I took my ragdoll to Cindy and I can honestly say that my cat teo has came out the best he has ever looked,thanks Cindy amazing job on teo xxx
