        Have been twice, within 6 weeks now and unfortunately, they cannot follow instructions. Dog came out with leg warmers on, never cut the legs on the first or second visit. Just brushed them out, after specific instructions to cut them right back. The second time her nails hadn't been cut as requested. First time was 47 next was 35. Won't be back

        Took my border collie in for a full groom. I asked for a small tidy up. It's the worst cut he's ever had. Choppy and uneven all over, they've just took a shaver to him. The poor boy looks terrible, going to have to wait for it to grow back in now before we can do anything about it. I had been once before and it was fine, whether they were too busy on this particular day or we just got the wrong person? Won't be back
