        Cat was in for full groom came out as if hed been attacked by a hedgecutter. Total mess uneven all over ears not trimmed eyes not trimmed and all four paws not trimmed.

        Booked both my pug and golden doodle in. Got confirmation text. Next day golden doodle was cancelled but pug could still go told them no. Theyre both going or they both get cancelled. Both got cancelled. Rebooked asked for nails on pug to be done. Missed dew claw. Asked for golden doodles face to be trimmed as eyebrows and mouth was getting long they took the clippers to it the full head. Left her looking like she was bald with a furry jacket on. Never taken them back

        Just had a message from groomroom cancelling our appointment ,which should be 10am this morning (its 7 49am)This is 3rd time this year it has happened . Definitely will not be going back
