        My partner took our dog daisy along today great service , dog needed a short cut due to other groomers leaving her a bit of a mess , she looked great when we got her back , definitely be back many thanks. Sonia &Joe

        Had the most upsetting and terrifying experience today at this groomers. David seems a caring genuine dog lover and diligent business owner but his partner Jim is volatile, aggressive and should not be allowed to be in a customer-facing role. Have had to involve the police after the incident today when I was threatened. Thankfully two witnesses came forward but I was left shaken. I would avoid this groomer if Jim is going to continue to work there.

        I will not come again, left my dog with patches. Wasnt a clean cut and thats unfortunately very noticeable in a poodle had to fix it myself.
