My experience with Train MBS has been nothing short of brilliant. I feel Ive gained a level of knowledge and understanding that helps me work out on my own. The nutritional advice Ive been given has helped me get my diet in order. The past 6 months have really been brilliant and Im looking forward to the months ahead!

Ive been working with Johnathan for maybe 6 months and have been really happy with the improvement to my health. I have elhers-danlos syndrome and adhd so exercise has been somewhat fraught for me for as long as I can remember. When I contacted TRAIN Johnathan got back to me with some info and a testimonial from someone with the same condition, and then when we met he made sure to say he wasnt an expert on my condition and he saw this as a collaboration - music to the ears of someone whose health issues have often been dismissed and misunderstood! Johnathan has patiently worked with me to develop some good movement patterns and since starting in October when I could barely get up from a chair without help, I can now squat, bench press and various other things that I never thought Id be able to do. Ive noticed a huge different in my energy, stamina and strength and I can see there is still a lot more I could do. We work at a pace that is right for me and I have surprised myself on the days I have felt able to push through to do one more rep. What I like most about TRAIN Mbs is that Johnathan is interested in achieving the right things for the client. Ive never felt that I am having goals imposed on me or being told I have to look or perform in a particular way. The only thing hes been interested in is am I challenging myself, am I improving on my own capabilities and am I doing it in a way thats healthy. The studio itself is really well equipped. I love seeing what J is going to pop out from the wall for me to try next. And he also gets my adhd means I need variety - I never know what Im going to do when I go in and that suits me perfectly. I feel informed about the purpose and my own progress and I have been really impressed from the get go by his commitment to his work and helping his clients achieve their goals. I havent worked with CJ but hes equally welcoming and friendly and I feel like theyre both doing something really special with this place. I def recommend TRAIN MBS to anyone considering this kind of support and especially if the idea of it makes you feel a bit nervous. Have fun! (And thanks guys!) xx

Jonathan has been amazing over the last couple of month in helping me recover from my injury not just from the physical aspects but from the mental aspect of the recovery as well and thank to this and help from my Dojo I have managed to achieve my 4th Dan in kendo 4 month ahead of schedule

My friend recommended Train MBS to me after she had been there for a few years. I was nervous at first as I didn't know what to expect, not having done any PT training before. From the first moment, Craig has made me feel so comfortable and at home in the gym, tailoring the session to my abilities and needs. He really has made exercise a fun and enjoyable experience for me and it is definitely the highlight of my week. Keep up the great work Train MBS team!
