Holli is so lovely & friendly. She really knows her stuff when it comes to fitness. She pushes you to your limits and makes sure you fully understand each exercise youre doing to get the most from it!

During lockdown I was getting myself into a rut and not doing anything productive, so I decided to give Hollis online fitness classes a go, her classes were amazing she made me feel welcome and gave me so much encouragement to do the things that I love doing. Holli kept in touch with all her clients with a weekly check in which was helpful as well to help me reach my goals. I recently joined Holli at her bootcamp classes which were incredibly good, I enjoyed this better as she gave me the motivation I needed once lockdown was lifted, the best part of this as well was been out in the fresh air doing the classes where Holli had all the processes in place for us to be safe. I have now joined Holli for PT 3 times a week now and Im so so looking forward to it, I paid her a visit at her new gym last night and wasnt disappointed it was amazingly good, the right size, the equipment and location is perfect for me. Holli took the time with me to do all my measurements also spent time going through my eating habits( good and bad) to tailor a professional programme to help me reach my goals. I wouldnt and couldnt go to anyone apart from Holli and would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to start PT or anyone that is doing it just now. Thanks Holli
