Been attending Alans classes since August 2018 and having Personal Training sessions for a while and seeing how much Ive compared in a short space of time is amazing. Alan is patient and supportive. The classes are a good social session too, everyone in the class is so supportive too, anyone with any anxiety about the gym need not to have with Alan.

I am new to Alans HIIT Class and Personal Training. Having never lifted a weight or kettlebell before or attended a Gym I have found him to be very supportive and patient. He encourages you to work hard to reach your goals and I can see the change in my strength and physique. Great chat at the classes and PT and a lovely bunch of people. Come along and enjoy the burn.

Been attending Alan's classes for over a year, each class is different and varied, with Alan's excellent knowledge exercises are tailored for every level of fitness so no excuses not to come, Classes include 30mins Speedy Burn, boxercise 60mins, PT and Group PT come along and give them a go, great bunch of folk xx

Cant Recommend Alan Highly Enough .. No Nosence Training To Get Results ... Full Hour Of Training Given At PT And If Chatting Its While You Are Working Or Being Given Tweaks That Adjust Your Excercise To Increase Work Out. Also Does Crackin HIIT Class And A Padfit Class To Mix Up Your Training Regime .... And He Has A Lovely Mix Of People Who Attend Classes ... Come And Join Us And See For Yourself
