I have just completed an 8 week programme. Murray took the time to understand my fitness goals and provided me with small, achievable objectives which allowed me to slowly change my bad habits. Over this 8 week programme my relationship with nutrition has drastically changed for the better. This along with the DDP yoga and other exercise has led to me being the fittest I have been in a while whilst also lowering my frequency of injuries. Feeling that bit healthier has improved my overall well being and I cannot recommend Murray enough.

Would definitely recommend NXT Level Fitness, Murray is a brilliant instructor and Im amazed at how much Im enjoying the yoga, having never done it before. Im currently in training for a marathon and doing a half hour yoga session after each long distance run has slashed my recovery time, which used to leave me stiff and sore for days. The monthly subscription option is also brilliant, as Ive had to miss a few yoga sessions because of sickness and other commitments, but with the monthly subscription I get access to the missed classes online, which allows me to do them at home when I have the time. Cheers again!!

Murray put together a personalised programme for me that has put me on the road to eradicating persistent injuries I've had for years. I thought that the injuries and constant stiffness in my back and legs were just going to be part of life, as other things I had tried in the past hadnt worked, but within weeks of starting the programme, I noticed a huge difference and the improvement has continued. I cant recommend Murray highly enough as hes been a pleasure to work with and he has made me optimistic about finding a permanent solution to these injuries. [Update] Almost 10 months on from the start of the programme and I'm still keeping up the good habits that Murray encouraged me to do. His advice has stuck with me and I feel great physically for it.
